The 100 Years of Royal Albert Teacups & Saucers Set 1950-1990 arrive in a beautiful presentation hatbox. The patterns are beautiful, the colors are vivid and the 22K gold rim adds a touch of class.
The cups have beautiful designs gracing inside as well as the outside of the cups.

These are made in Indonesia, but this information is not printed on the cups or the saucers. There's a lone sticker on the presentation box that describes the country of origin.

Each cup and saucer is inscribed on the bottom as follows:

This is truly breathtaking! Each piece has a nice sturdy heft to it while still being delicate. The gold parts are particularly beautiful. What the picture doesn't show is that the lilac cup has a sprig of lilacs printed at the very bottom inside the cup, and the pink with gold roses has a gold rose inside at the bottom as well. It's really fascinating to compare the designs from each decade. Very beautiful!

I just received my set yesterday and I can't take my eyes off of them--just leave the lid off. They are more beautiful that I ever expected and I love each and every one of the patterns you sent. They are just the right weight for bone china, beverages cool too fast with a thinner weighted cup. I'd order another set of same if I didn't have my heart set on the other set of five (still waiting). Good job, Royal Albert, too cool for words.
