Full Bio:

D. D. Scott's bestselling books start out a bit Chick Lit, Gone-Country (The Bootscootin' Books). Then, they take on a Will and Kate gone-Bond, as in James Bond, twist (The Cozy Cash Mysteries). Next up, try Castle and Beckett, Gone-Country, with Bewitched tossed into the mix (The Stuck with a Series), followed by The Good Witch meets The Three Stooges and Tinker Hell (The Belle Bishop Books). In her latest series (The Royal Heirs), she's taking you behind the palace doors of the royal family of Kristianico, a tiny French Riviera country that, she so wishes was real so she could visit.

She's a four-time Amazon Movers & Shakers List Author (making it all the way to #2 on that prestigious list) and both an Amazon and Barnes & Noble Top 100 Bestselling Author.

Her books have been Top Picks--including one of the Top 10 Books for Mother's Day 2011--for major reader blogs like Ereader News Today (ENT), Kindle Nation Daily, Cheap e-Reads, Pixel of Ink, The Frugal eReader, Indie Books List, Only Romance, and Bargain eBooks.

She co-founded the one-million-hits-per-month grog The WG2E, a writer's destination site for all-things epublishing. Whatever you want to know and/or cuss and discuss about E-publishing, it's right there at The WG2E waiting for you as well as in her latest bestselling non-fiction book 10 YEARS AND 24 HOURS TO INDIE EPUBLISHING SUCCESS.

When she's not writing, she's busy luuuvin' on her real-life hero (her DH-Darling Husband) and their beloved shelter-rescued dog Buckley and his new playmate Siggy the Affenpinscher.

She's a new, vegetarian (almost vegan) yogi who spends tons of time on the beautiful beaches of her new home in Sarasota, Florida. Follow her adventures on her blog in D. D. Scott-ville.

She's gotta have her Yoga Mat, Organic Food and Love and Gratitude.

I liked the other cozy cash books, but this one was nothing like them. Trying to figure out who was speaking was aggravating. The first person character changed constantly. The politics overshadowed the characters and did not provide a very interesting story line. I had hoped for a much better read.

This was a disappointment, I had enjoyed reading all the other books in the series up until this one. It was way too political. If I want politics, I will get it on the news. I thought I was reading another fun book in the Cozy Cash series, but unfortunately I was wrong.

I have enjoyed all the previous books and have been looking forward to this one. I was however, disapointed. This book was hard to follow and way too political. I don't mind stories taken from headlines and made to fit, but that's all this was. There was no storyline really involving the characters we have come to know and enjoy. The book was a very fast read and kind of boring. I kept waiting for the exciting or funny part, but it never came.

Hard to follow. Also showed your political preference. I read for enjoyment-to get away from a stressful life, this was not something I enjoyed.

I gave up half way through - I couldn't figure out who was doing what. I think the author was so worked up about her political rants she just made a mess of her book. The political b.s. was just over the top and weird.

I have read the other books in the series....They all are pretty bad but cheap reads....I am not compelled to stay up all night reading DD's books.....This is a good thing for me - LOL....The editing is just awful through ever book with mistakes like now for Know and she mixed up with he....These mistakes are repeated many times over....I would bet there is not one page written properly in the whole set.

What I really want to know is how Miss Scott became a top author?.....Self proclaimed or due to cheap .99 books?

I really like the Cozy Cash Mysteries, but this one is hard to follow. You just never know which character is currently being represented, and it changes frequently. I don't remember this being an issue in the other books. If it was, I probably would not have read so many of them.
