About the Author
Rodney L. Arroyo has studied cities and urban design throughout his career as a city planning consultant. He started his formal education seeking to become a photojournalist, but ultimately followed a path to a Master of City Planning degree. He has used his photographic experience to enhance his city planning practice. With his photographic books, he once again reflects his love of photography and draws upon his city planning education and training to seek out images of substance and visual significance.
