I think that I may have received a "second" because the binding is totally exposed all down one side of this rug (this is covered by the nylon pile overhang on the other three sides, and not visible)...also it is a wee bit smaller than 17 X 24 (by 1/2" each way). The exposed binding issue may remedy itself after it's been used for a while...if not, back it goes. I will ask for a replacement if I do have to return it and try again (and perhaps even buy another size) because it is indeed very plush, appears durable, stays put on the floor and it's lovely underfoot.

I really am pleased with the purchase of this bathroom rug. It is very durable yet soft under the feet. For the price you get quality and durability to last a long time.

I have an elongated toilet seat lid, and it's hard to find lid covers that will fit it. This one fits well. The only problem is that the elastic isn't as tight or strong as hoped, and the stitching of it isn't finished very well. The nylon material seems fine, and the color is subtle and pretty. I haven't washed it yet, and I'm hoping the elastic won't stretch out when I do. So far so good.

I love this rug. For the money, it is very plush. So plush in fact my female cat camps out on it at night. I give this royally soft bath rug a 5.

After first wash, lots of latex backing were left in my washer. I had to clean them up and it was irritating. I can tell this carpet will not last.

I have a small bathroom and I wanted both a contour rug and a small rectangular rug for in front of the sink. I purchased both together, and they are EXACTLY the right size, color, shape and quality I hoped for! Both rugs are a thick, rich plush - very kind to feet! Both have a good non-skid base and stay right where you place them. I previously had a "cheap knock-off" because I didn't know these existed and I am so pleased to have found these --- well worth the price!

Love it! I got mine in Espresso and it's beautiful, can't beat the price either!

I bought this in a set, together with the toilet contour mat, and was so pleased that I immediately ordered a second set, to switch out while the other one was in the wash. And that's where the little bit of trouble with these mats comes in. If you never had to wash them, they would be a superb addition to any bathroom floor. But of course washing is especially critical in the bathroom, and that's when the backing turns into tiny white particles all over the mats and anything else in the load with them. So not only do I have little speckles all over my laundry, but although the mats still look good so far, I imagine that the backing won't last too long if it keeps getting washed away. So as much as I'd like to, I cannot recommend these mats with much enthusiasm.

A little smaller than I anticipated, but it's good quality and works well with my bath decor.

The Royal Velvet bath rugs are heavenly! The plush texture squishes perfectly between the toes, which is the first requirement for luxury in the bath, of course. They dry quickly after use, and launder exceptionally well.
