5.0 out of 5 stars A romance that will keep you at the edge of your seat., February 10, 1999
By A Customer
After the first few lines, you know Ms. Sala has written another romance for the record books.

Angel Rojas first instinct told her to jump in and get out of the rain. If the driver was willing to give her a ride, why not? After getting in the car her second instinct told her she had made a big mistake. There was no way she would be able to leave the sight the handsome rancher Royal Justice and his adorable daugher Maddie.

Royal Justice didn't usually pick up stangers, but with one look at his daughters pleading eyes, he pulled over. Before Royal knew what was happening, he invited Angel into his home as his housekeeper--and into his heart.

When love seems to finally be in Royal and Angel's future, a serial killer threatens to destroy what the two have just found. Royal Justice, however, is not willing to lose another person he loves and vows to do whatever it takes to keep Angel safe.

This was one of the best romance novels I've read in long time! It had everything: romance, high emotions, danger, the list goes on! The heroine is tough and stands up to Royal Justice in a way that makes him crazy and happy. Great book!

The heroine is fresh and original; the hero is decent and strong. A well-crafted story with an ending to sigh for.
