The package was torn and dusty and taped over a few times. I got the impression it had been returned quite a few times. The chandelier is as pictured, but I would have returned this if I had known the fixture uses GU-10 base bulbs. This should have been stated in the description! Unfortunately, the electrician had already hard-wired it to the dimmable switch in our dining room. I have searched fruitlessly for dimmable bulbs with GU-10 bases. I don't think they exist.
