Just had it installed yesterda. Very strong and supportive. Good appearance. I just hanged 6 big heavy pots in it, and it doesn't tilt. Plus it gives the kitchen a good appearance. Should have buy it ages ago.

The lighting matches our other fixtures perfectly, but its smaller than I had anticipated. (Yes we knew the measurements and mapped them out before we purchased-its still smaller than you'd expect). The instructions were difficult to read and we had to reference the picture on the box to put it together. The arched pieces on the sides were supposed to be installed on the inside of the rack, but the metal grid for the pots was directly in the way. So we had to put them on the outside, which does not look as nice and clean. Overall, its Ok. If it didn't match the rest of the lights it probably would have gone back.

Well worth the price. Sturdy, easy to assemble and looks great. I have a smaller kitchen so the size was perfect - no head banging.

we have attempted to purchase this pot rack twice from amazon but have failed. the first time the unit was missing many of the parts and the wires were previously crimped. we contacted the company who stated that the wires are not supposed to be crimped and that the unit should be returned which we did. the second unit arrived again wih the wires crimped. we are not sure if all the parts are present because we did not get that far on the assembly due to the fact that the metal bands are improperly bent and the holes do not match up. also the holes were previously filed by someone who tried to assemble it. we are still without a pot rack.
