Really good flavor, mildy spicy, great on chicken or beef - on the BBQ. We used it on chicken for two different families, one from North Africa and one from South Africa, and both loved it!

I use this spice regularly as part of a great pork loin & vegetable recipe. It adds great flavor, but must be used judiciously. My family also love this dish - so I had Amazon send some to my niece's home for their use.
