I've had a number of iPod Touch cases, from one to three pieces with all different installation instructions. This is the best by far. Although it can easily break when not on the device, this case is very durable and easy to use. It simply slides on and locks in place. And removing it is a matter of depressing a point on the back and sliding the pieces apart. There are two small alignment tabs on the sides of the bottom half that easily break off but the case functions just as well without them and is even easier to use. The rubberized coating does wear off rather quickly, as is usually the case with rubberized plastics, but the case functions perfectly nonetheless. It is very slick and low profile, and adds almost no extra size to the device. Great case both in function and style.

I bought a itouch from my friend and it was in great condition. So I want to keep it like that and I went on amazon and bout this. After 1 year, it didn't break or didn't make my itouch have any scratches.

This case is a good color, and that's fine, but that's not what I was looking for. The case does not fit snugly around the ipod and is not manufactured well. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.
