It's all good except the little silverware caddy. It is only hanging on the drainer, it's not secure, the caddy has two sections, if I put one thing in one side, the caddy tips over. I fixed this with a long tie that usually come with packaging, looks ugly though.

i've been shopping for a draining rack for quite some time - been to walmart, target, bed bath and beyond, linens and things, marshalls, etc... i stumbled upon this one and it is a winner! i didnt want chrome bc sometimes u can start to see the rust - not very attractive. i needed a tray large enough for pots mainly - i use the dishwasher for everything else. This is a very good size and i like that it is black and rubbery. It also has some anti germ technology - don't know if that works but it's somewhat peace of mind =)

It's so much better designed than what we used before. Sometimes the glasses fall out of the removable glass holder, but it's mostly on short squat glasses. I still can't figure out the loft part though. Like the black color. Some of the rubber feet come off the bottom, but I just stick them back on. I like the way the plates and bowls fit into the drainer without falling over.

I feel that the dish drainer and a drain board should be sold together instead of seperate because most people put the dish drainer on the counter because it is so big not in the sink.

I remember having a similar rubbermaid product when I was a kid at my parents house. It was wonderful. Very large, and very sturdy. This one is large, but not as large as the one when I was a kid. I don't use the "loft" side much becuase it takes up too much space to use as a loft and the plastic is not strong enough to hold our heavy glasses. It's just my husband and I (with one year old baby) so we don't have that many dishes. For us, this is perfect. When my little one gets older, I can still see this being large enough. But for a family of 4, not so sure. It holds plates and bowls well organized and you can stack other pans, etc. above those. I agree with other users in that the caddy is too small and doesn't hook well enough. that's my only gripe about this piece. But I've been researching long enough to like that it doesn't rust and it organizes my dishes well.

Excellant large - perfect for 4 adult household. I said scratch to the dishwasher and am washing by hand, everyone has to do their own dishes - fabulous!

Could not find this is the local stores but found it on Amazon. Brought both the drainer and dish rack. Both are very well made and kid/husband resistant to damage. Thought it should have been sold as a set instead of individually as price was a bit steep. Overall, these are better quality than in local stores.

I like it. The only drawbacks that I can say is the alternate glass/silverware part only can go on one end, therefore I had to reverse the angle of my dishes from what I had been used to. The feet are made for sitting on the drain board that was made for this product. They sit on that board with a loose fit, but I use a towel under the drainer and on top of the drain board and that has tightened the fit and it does not move around as much.

I'm a little worried the cup section may break and the utensil holder is small and doesn't want to stay in place but overall I'm pleased with the product

It's a well-made rubbermaid product, of course. The one downfall is the silverware drain, which can't hold much with out the attachment completely falling off of the drainer. We only put a few items in it anyway...so it does work okay for us. The rest of the drainer is fine, holds quite a few dishes, but I find we mainly use it for our non-dishwasher safe items and non BPA free drink mix bottles. Overall, a good product.
