I had a desk organizer prior to purchasing this one, but it was an octagon and didn't fit in the corner of my new desk. This being circular, it saves me a lot of space on my desk. It also comes with so many "tools" and plenty of space for extra pens, White Out, etc.

I love how the tape dispenser is built into the organizer. This was something I had in my last one and was really looking for this time around. It is an enormous space saver. I am not fond of the pens in the package, but that is easily and inexpensively fixed. I did have to take the stapler which was a supply from my prior organizer. I wish it had come with one. While mine isn't large, there isn't really a place to put it; also, whether or not it came with a stapler, it would be nice to have a staple remover. The same is true for Post-It notes. I did find that they fit into one of the extra spaces quite nicely.

Because of the hutch on my desk, taller items, such as the ruler and envelope opener are difficult to get in and out. I know, however, that this is an issue specific to my situation. I wanted people to be aware that it if you have a hutch, anything tall you put in it may not be able to work with it.

Overall, I would recommend this product. Rubbermaid makes quality products and this is no exception. I have had no problems with it at all!

very versatile, and i found out that it came with many items that I needed such as sissors, and a letter opener, etc. and it looks neat!
