Poor Customer Service,
This review is from: Rubbermaid 38906 Profilet File N Storet Portable File Tub, Extra Capacity, Letter, Black (Office Product)
Two (2) of the tubs arrived damaged in shipment (cracked). I wrote the company an e-mail and explained the problem. It has been four (4) to five (5) weeks and I have received no response.
