The overall design and versatility for possible configurations of this organizer is great, and the package I received had all the parts required to put it together.

However, while the description says that the organizer is for closets 5'-10' feet, which it is, the measurements for the drill holes in the package's directions (which are difficult to follow to begin with) are useless if you aren't performing the installation in a closet that has a width not in whole-foot increments. (Like my closet which is 7'4'' on the inside, for example.) The hole placements to install the wire shelves don't work if the directions are used for a non-standard size closet. Having no measurements I could use, I had to devise my own system to decide where to place drill holes and how to install the organizer. The project turned out okay, but it was very aggravating and took a lot more time than it should have.

Overall, a good product with bad instructions. Go measure your closet before you buy this organizer, and have some patience when attempting to install it.

This system looks really nice once installed, however you need to be a real handyman or woman to get it done. I had a friend of mine who is a carpenter install it for me it took him 5 hours to finish. I am please with it though the time it takes is the only negative

I have no idea what problems some of the buyers had. the system sits on a single bar that come in two four foot sections that overlap. the smaller set has two 3 ft sections. you can adjust to the size of your closet by sliding them together. no need to cut. so use one for 4 ft or 2 btwn 4 and 8 ft. or 3 and 6 for the small set. and then I put it up by myself and I am a middle aged female with no exp. with construction except that I have put together a lot of purchased furniture and it took me an hour. if a handyman took 5 hours he ripped you off...you put up one bar and then hook some items on it very easy....

I bought this on a guess at what size my closet is. I guessed correctly. I had to cut about 4 inches from one clothes bar, but other than that.. Great product. Excellent space saving and organization for the price. Instructions are not that great, but over all assembly is not difficult. May I suggest marking all the places you'll need to drill holes and the outline of the unit itself in chalk on the wall before starting and drilling or assembly. ALSO BE SURE TO CUT FROM THE ENDS OF THE SHELVES IF YOU NEED TO CUT. The support bar for the side with the single shelf is made specifically to be supporting a location that has been cut.

Very impressed with this product. Perfect organizational tool.

Although my husband wouldn't call it easy to install, it came out great. It's very sturdy and there is so much shelf space! I love that you can arrange it to best suit your needs. Great product for a great price!!

Had broken clips called rubbermaid was told to buy another support package. Clips are not available according to closet specialist. Rude and obnoxious. Will never buy rubbermaid products again. Shop elsewhere for other brands.pjb 2005
