They are nice containers and do their job well. However, THEY ARE $2.50 AT TARGET! I don't know where they got their pricing information from, but I haven't seen these above $3/piece in any store.

I love these containers, the lids fit perfectly. They are the perfect square shape that fit in my husbands lunch box perfectly. They hold about the right amount of lunch for him to eat. They are a heavier plastic that is not flimsy when you heat it in the microwave. I prepare lunches ahead for my husband lunches and freeze them. We bought Martha Stewart containers and none of the lids fit when we got them home. We would get three sides on and couldn't get the lid on to close them. We were really disappointed with her brand. Then we bought some other brand and they were so flimsey that when my husband heated anything in the microwave with them they almost collapsed. Bravo, Rubbermaid.

It's the perfect size for lunches as they fit the standard modern lunchbags-you know the ones that use ice packets in size...They'll pay for themselves after you save so much money by bringing your lunch.

this size container is perfect for packing a sandwich, but also great for packing one-serving left overs from dinner

We use this 3-cup Rubbermaid container not just for storage but also to carry lunch to work and school. The container is of very good quality. The lid is one of the better ones which makes the container spill proof. When we received this container we were extremely pleased to see that it was made in the USA. It's a great buy and will last much longer than the cheap ones manufactured in China.

I have about ten Rubbermaid Easy Find containers in various sizes. I like them because they nest / stack well, the lids are interchangeable across various sizes, and they look great. I have had my set for about six months and today the rim of one of the 3-cup containers broke (by rim I mean the edging around the top directly underneath the lid when the container is closed). This rim seems mostly decorative, although I guess it makes the container easier to handle. Unfortunately, it is also an obvious weak point. I usually hold the rim when I am opening the lid, and it is the pressure from this that broke the rim.
