Great dishpan - if the plug comes with it,

I had one of these for years before the rubber plug wore out. This makes it easier to let the water out the bottom than lifting it and pouring it out. I ordered this one as a replacement, however the pan was shipped without the plug, so it was pretty useless. I haven't been able to find a replacement plug. The pan is very useful when complete.

Poor Design,

This review is from: Rubbermaid Clear Dishpan 11.5 Qt. (Kitchen)
I purchased this on special order at my local hardware to soak my feet in. The handles were very uncomfortable and cut into my fingers. Furthermore, the handles were placed on the sides rather than the ends which made it awkward to carry and dump. I was concerned the plug would leak over time because it didn't seem well made. I have had a Rubbermaid Roughneck 15 qt. dishpan for years and was looking for an additional dishpan. I would not recommend this dishpan to anyone.

why a drain plug?,

I didn't understand that there was a plug at the bottom of this dishpan--I suppose so that you don't have to tip it to get the water out of it. However the plug falls off when you don't want it to and then you lose the dishwater and it's difficult to put the plug back it. The size is good for a small sink as the location of the handles. But the plug is a disaster.
