Product came in a timely fashion. Just had dings on hood and neither of the two were level. I had to put feet on the bottom to level or you could not step on it to open it because it would just rock forward. Yes, I tried many floor surfaces hoping it was the floor not being level, however, this was not the case. I purchased 24 of these same trashcans from another dealer for my last office and all worked great, no dings, and level. Seamed to me that these rubbermaid trashcans were the "scratch and ding" variety at full price.
