True to its name, this 4-cup Collapsibles container from Rubbermaid makes storage--both inside and outside of the fridge--simpler and more versatile. Easily flattened between uses, the bowl expands to full capacity with a simple push. It can also be kept smaller for storing lesser amounts. If you have 4 cups of rice pilaf left over, you can store it all. But if you just have 1-1/2 cups of sliced strawberries to store, the bowl doesn't take up unnecessary space in the fridge. Fully collapsed, it measures just 1 inch with the lid attached, so there is no need for awkward stacks or frustrating lid hunts. Tested for long-lasting durability and leak-resistance, both lid and bowl are safe in the microwave, freezer, and dishwasher. Awesome product...I'm a flight attendant and these are perfect for travel. Fits flat in my bag...expand it out for my "dinner" that I made on the plane. Can't find in the store anymore so ordered online.

I have looked for so long for these containers. Thanks to Amazon I found them new and at a fair price. I love to use one for a big lunch salad. Then just press it flat and it hardly takes up any space when empty. I wish Rubbermaid didn't stop making them; there are no other products like these.

What a wonderful product! These collapsible, color coded containers are sturdy. One of the best feature is that the lids and containers are color coded according to size so I never need to guess which lid goes with which container. They stack nicely in the fridge. After use, just wash, dry, collapse and store. Your kitchen cabinets will never have that cluttered look again!
