Awesome product...I'm a flight attendant and these are perfect for travel. Fits flat in my bag...expand it out for my "dinner" that I made on the plane. Can't find in the store anymore so ordered online.

I have looked for so long for these containers. Thanks to Amazon I found them new and at a fair price. I love to use one for a big lunch salad. Then just press it flat and it hardly takes up any space when empty. I wish Rubbermaid didn't stop making them; there are no other products like these.

What a wonderful product! These collapsible, color coded containers are sturdy. One of the best feature is that the lids and containers are color coded according to size so I never need to guess which lid goes with which container. They stack nicely in the fridge. After use, just wash, dry, collapse and store. Your kitchen cabinets will never have that cluttered look again!

Bought this item several times and they both cracked. I am sticking with Tupperware! If it cracks I get a new one free. Had mine now for 6 months and guess what? NO cracks.

These storage containers are amazing!! The great thing about them is that they don't take up any room. How many storage containers do you have in your kitchen? If you're like me, you have lots of them and they take up a hefty percentage of your storage space. My girlfriend turned me on to these things and they're great. When not in use they collapse down to less than half an inch WITH the lid. I believe Rubbermaid quit making these and it's a shame. I hope someone starts making them again because they are the best storage containers ever.

Having purchased these storage containers previously, I know how durable they are. Rubbermaid hit the nail on the head with this product, especially for those of us with very limited storage space. They collapse to 1/4 their full height, are dishwasher, microwave, & freezer safe. They can also be expanded a little or alot, depending on how much food is going into them. The material washes up completely with the exception of tomato based sauces; that tends to discolor the plastic for awhile. I have never been happier with a line of storage containers than when Rubbermaid introduced these; now I am on a mission to find the few remaining as this line has been discontinued...why, I ask?

A little hard to open sometimes, but otherwise it performs the function I expected it to.

I worried about sturdiness and ease of cleaning, but don't fear!

I can see these containers lasting a couple years! (or more???): Thick, resilient plastic sides accordion from full capacity to nearly flat storage. I really could open it as much or as little as I needed.

Handles hot food well. Label says you can microwave in it; I'm afraid of plastic in microwaves, but I believe this would handle the m-oven well. Definitely not a wimpy, collapses when you heat your lunch, throw-away tub.

There are no persnickety creases or fragile folds that are hard to clean. (There is the groove in the lid, but isn't there always?)
My only question: Why is the lid so wide compared to the bowl diameter?

These are AWESOME space savers - they collapse so easy, and yet they're really sturdy and well made. LOVE them. Replaced all my tupperware with them!
