Rubbermaid's Easy Find Lid collection of food-storage containers makes container and lid organization a breeze. Designed with space efficiency in mind, the lids and bases nest together so that they take up less room when stored in a cabinet or drawer, plus the lids snap to the bottom of the bases and to each other, which means no more searching around for the right-size lid. Even more, one lid can accommodate several different-size bases. Containers are great - here's how to choose the right set,

I am very happy with the Easy Find Lid series. They are very good quality. But then, the many, many other reviewers who all also love these will tell you that. (FYI - ALL brands of kitchen containers count lids count lids and containers as separate pieces.)

Prices will change, of course, so this may not always be true, but it was for me. Here's some comparison data for buying a 50 piece set, a 48 piece set, 2x24 piece set, and 3x24 piece set, all of which are in a similar price range: 1x50 piece set: 6x0.5, 6x1.25, 3x2, 3x3, 3x5, 2x7, 2x4.8divided 1x48 piece set: 6x0.5, 5x1.25, 2x2, 3x3, 4x5, 3x7, 1x14 2x24 piece set: 4x0.5, 4x1.25, 4x2, 4x3, 4x5, 4x7 3x24 piece set: 6x0.5, 6x1.25, 6x2, 6x3, 6x5, 6x7

I wish I ordered the Rubbermaid Premier brand instead of these. These containers are a great idea but the plastic is still plastic. I heated a few things in them and the plastic became discolored and cloudy/bubbled like the cheapy brands do. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra few dollars on the Rubbermaid Premier set (It is still part of the easy find lid system but has a quality heavy duty hard plastic). These red easy find lids are not compatable with the black premier easy find lids. Hope this helps.

I am very happy with the fit and finish of these containers. They work great for storing leftovers in the fridge and for taking food to work/school. However, I reheated some chicken chili in one of them without the lid using a microwave and after washing I noticed that where top of the chili reached that the plastic was etched. Almost like pitting. Visible enough that my grand mother noticed it and you could feel it by touch. It was literally the first time I microwaved one of the containers. FYI it was less than 3 minutes in an 1100 watt GE microwave oven.
So if you're using these just for storing food, they're excellent. HOWEVER, if you want to reheat that food, beware. You should switch to glassware like pyrex or stoneware.
