Some times on Amazon, reviews seem to be of a poor listing or photograph of an item rather then the item itself.

I buy these at OSH, and use a few around my home. They are tough and while the lid is not 100% air and water tight like a pelican case, it is enough to keep most dirt and water out at a far more affordable price point. In fact, they can be left out in the rain without letting the inner contents get wet, or left in the garage without letting bugs in.

This item came today and it is TINY. As noted, there are no dimensions given when ordering this item.
The size on the packaging is SMALL- it is a 3 gallon container.... RIDICULOUS for what they are charging. The dimensions are 15.8x10.3x7 inches.
DO NOT ORDER THIS ITEM- you can get it FAR CHEAPER elsewhere and in stores.

These things are nearly indestructible and although this price is a few dollars more with the shipping than in the local big box it's still a good deal. Unlike other brands the rubbermaid tote will not break apart in subzero temperatures. I've had a few of mine for nearly ten years and they are still as good as new having been around the world in several extreme climates. You can purchase cheaper totes, but that's what you'll get is a cheaper tote. I don't like having to re-buy things as I find it to be a waste of money and time, unless you try to destroy these totes you shouldn't have to buy replacements.

When these totes disappeared from local retailers we despaired until we found them online. They are perfect for all kinds of storage. We will use them for outdoor amateur radio construction projects.

I ordered 2 of these. I am happy with the size, as described. But the center of Both of the LIDS do NOT lay flat across the top - they are bumpy in the center, as if they had bloated, which doesn't look nor feel around the edge like they are firmly covered/sealed. Fortunately I just wanted mainly the bins themselves, so the lids were not a priority for me; otherwise I would send them back.

I guess the picture kind of shows the lids not being completely flat in the center.
Not like any other storage lids I have seen before.

THIS PRODUCT DID NOT COME AS ADVERTISED. THE PICTURE ON THE SITE GIVES THE APPEAL THAT IT IS AT LEAST A MEDIUM SIZE TOTE. THIS PRODUCT IS SOOOO TINY AND SMALL I'M TRYING TO PICTURE WHAT I CAN ACTUALLY PUT IN HERE FOR STORAGE. I MEAN THE BOX ITSELF DOESN'T CREATE MORE SPACE IT JUST TAKES AWAY FROM IT BECAUSE WHAT I PLANNED ON PUTTING IN IT WON'T FIT. TERRIBLE DISPLAY AND THE DESCRIPTION SHOULD AT LEAST HAVE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE BOX. THIS PRODUCT IS WORTH $5 IF U ASK ME! DEFININTELY NOT THE $11 I WILL BE GETTING REFUNDED TO ME.....TWICE!!!!! VERY ANGRY CUSTOMER!

There is no info on this item. Other then a blue piece of plastic what are you selling?
