This brush worked great and was easy to use. Worth the price. See before and afters in the video.

The perfect brush for dusting off the cooling coils behind and underneath a fridge, which restores the efficiency of a new fridge. This handy brush has a long reach and just the right balance of rigidity and flexibility to get into obstructed spaces and still get the dust out.

The brush is flexible and does a fairly good job in cleaning the coils of the freezer and the refrigerator. It does reasonably well on clothes dryer.

I like the Rubbermaid Refrigerator Brush. The handle is rigid, and the bristle-section is slightly stiff with a small rubber tip. I have used it to clean under the refrigerator (along side my canister vac) to brush out all the debris that collects underneath. As I pull the brush out (loaded with dry, dusty fluff), I have the vacuum hose ready in the other hand--waiting to suck-up all the gunk off of the brush before going back for more.

Another way I use this is in the lint-catcher area of my clothes dryer, the lint screen doesn't catch all the loose lint and this brush fits nicely into the dryer's lint screen slot (remove the lint screen first). It grabs onto the loose bits of lint and pulls them out...again, I have the vac handy to suck-away the fluff (I also use it in the small, sliver of a space under the washer and dryer). The brush is well made and just might last forever. A very good thing.

This brush actually saved me a bunch of money because I also used it to actually fix a high efficiency water heater that wouldnt come on very long. It was throwing orange flames and and shutting off. After calling the repair shop they said they would bring a new burner unit over at the cost of 250.00 installed. But it would be several days before they would get to me! Well..guess what..the newer gas high efficiency water heaters (tank style) MUST be cleaned at least once a year with a brush..underneath the burner or else "flame distortion" and ignition problems will result. ( I googled it) After brushing out underneath the burner with this brush..and vacuuming it up..the water heater works like new..and a nice blue flame. The moral of the story..."Clean your water heater at least once a year with a brush!"

I guess its the nature of the flexible head, but it just doesn't feel that strong. I felt lucky that if didn't break the first time I cleaned the coils of my refrig.

Then again, it did the job and was inexpensive. I hadn't cleaned the coils that well in 10 years. Whereas perhaps a more expensive one is made better would I really be able to find where I'd stored it when I want to find this tool again in another 5-10? I doubt it..therefore I'm glad I bought this.

With the new fridges hiding the coils underneath. This little gem is a must for getting to them. This gets the job done!

MY FRIDGE CONSTANTLY RUNS. I VACUUM THE COIL - BUT ITS NOT ENOUGH. BOUGHT THIS HANDY TOOL AND CAREFULLY CLEANED. NOT SUPER STRONG/STURDY BECAUSE IT IS PLASTIC - BUT IT GETS THE JOB DONE.
