Rusts and can't be cleaned off or protected!,
By Lincoln County MT "Focused on pinecones" (Extreme NW Montana) - See all my reviews Right size but stick with the color coated ones in same style and size or look for a stainless version that is identical. Bummer!

I ordered this based on the picture and the fact that I had one before. I used a chrome drainer in the sink and it did rust after a few years but I blamed that on the rust from my "all stainless steel" hand can openers. (the screws are not stainless and rust something awful, I have three different kind of "ALL stainless openers") The rack is the new design by Rubbermaid that features an oblong utensil holder that is the pits, everything slides and tips over so it doesn't hold much. Since the holder is in the end the utensils are in the way either way I use the rack. Plus if you remove the holder there is a large hole and everything falls out. The Rubbermaid designer who re-did the old classic should be fired. When I replace this one I'll order one of the coated ones and continue to use my old utensil holder. If I see the old design in a store I may buy it anyway just to get the old design.

This is a light duty rack, but does the job. Looks nice when new, but the light gauge plate guides and cup holders bend easily. Still, with care, they work. But regardless of how nicely we kept this rack, it is rusting out after only 3.5 years. Wish they made this simple design in stainless.

I am very happy with the quality of this chrome dish drainer. It is nice because it is so easy to keep clean and looking nice compared to the rubber coated ones. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a neat looking drainer.

Disappointed,

I was disappointed in the product because the picture on line showed the flatware container to be square shaped--that was not what was shipped to me--it was a narrow rectangle shaped flatware container which is not satisfactory for much flatware.

The drainer itself is high quality but i was dissapointed that a silverware holder was not included.
