The hanging wall files were exactly what I expected when they arrived. They were shipped promptly and arrived intact. The piles that were previously on the desk and floor are now neatly stowed away in the hanging files. They are able to hold quite a lot of paper.

These wall files work great and have plenty of space. I only wish they were secured at the bottom as well, since I use mine as a mail sorter and sometimes a letter'll slip through. Other than that I give these a solid A.

I purchased this product to replace an older one which had broken around the screw holes that mount this item. There are children who put papers into this wall file and so I know it took some abuse. Also, I am thinking the old unit may have been around for quite a few years. It was there when I arrived 3.5 years ago. It does the job and went back up quickly. I only needed one, but bought the three pack so that I could put up a couple more inside my office (since the other one is outside my door).

I would highly recommend this product. I purchased when we first started our business 18 years ago and decided to purchase again. Great use of wall and vertical space.
