When I purchased my new watch I noticed that people had commented that the band that came with it was stiff and hard to fasten. I purchased the silicone band because it was supposed to be soft and comfortable. It truly lived up to it's reviews. It is the most comfortable band I have ever worn in 77 years. The only problem someone might have is if they have a large wrist. This band is perfect for me. My wrist is approximately 7 1/4 inches. It would also depend on the watch size. My old (cloth) watchband was wearing out and starting to smell bad. This new watchband fit the bill perfectly. It is supple and lightweight. This makes it comfortable to wear at all times. The silicone rubber sheds water and the tread patterns seem to help it breathe. I never need to take it off. The length was perfect for my small to medium sized wrist. Shipping was very quick. I would highly recommend this watchband to anyone looking for functionality, good looks, and comfort.

I'm quite satisfied my new watchband, though it's a bit on the short side. The next time I purchase a Rubertech band, I'll get one with a longer strap, since my wrists are large.
