This costume is better than I expected. The hat is well made although a little on the small side, my son is 8. This would be perfect for a 5-7 yr old. It resembles the child's deluxe hat and the whip is a braided brown material with a loop handle, not like the one pictured. The shirt is a nice thick tan material and has a picture of a big black spider printed on the back of the right shoulder. It makes it look as if Indy has a spider crawling on him. My son has been wearing it non stop since it arrived. Love it!

This costume set is ideal as long as you are buying it for a kid between 4-6. My son is on the tall side and it fits him perfectly even with long sleeve shirts on underneath. The shirt is a pullover and includes interesting detail like a spider on the back shoulder. He loves that! The hat is a higher quality with nice detail. The band on the hat can fall off so I suggest gluing on permanently. The hat fits my son's head perfectly and he is five, so if you are looking for an older child I wouldn't bother. The whip is awesome. It is made of braided foam material but don't be fooled it can really hurt someone. My son got a little carried away when he opened it and got a nice lash across his cheek. The price is outstanding. Usually for costumes you get a significantly flimsy material and this costume seems like it will hold up longer.

Well made and alot of fun. My little boy spends hours in costume. The whip is very soft (made of foam) which is great! Hat fit his head perfectly! For the price this was the best deal out there.

I have no regrets for this purchase! My 6 year old son truly enjoys dressing up as Indiana Jones. My son wears between a 6 & 7 and the shirt has room to spare, the hat is a perfect fit.
I also purchased the belt, satchel and the Crystal Skull to make this outfit complete! For the price- everything has been very worth it. I would recommend this product to anyone whose child has an adventurous side to them and loves "Indie!"

This was a gift for my 6 yr old son. I can't get it off him. He makes a great Indy. Thanks for making my son's Christmas GREAT.

I know we could have done without the shirt for the costume, but it was adorable! It has a fun print on it and a tarantula spider printed on the back. It really made my son's costume. [We bought the costume Indiana Jones gun separately, but was less impressed and ended up going to WalMart and buying a cheap one there that seems to be a lot more durable.] This comes with a whip--that my 5 year old has played with and not been able to hurt anyone--even though he really whips it around. The hat was great, too.

This hat is much better quality than others I've seen. My son loves it and wore it for Halloween this year.

Fun, simple, costume. It is Indiana Jones for an 8yr old, what more has to be said? Who doesn't want to be Indiana Jones as a kid?

I received the product quicker than expected. The hat and whip are perfect.
The Shirt is obliviously low grade, costume quality but the bottom of it was cut horribly. It looks as if the person was inebriated while cutting the shirt out of the pattern. I am attaching 2 pictures, I hope I can get reimbursed or some kind of compensation as I will not have time to send it back for my sons birthday and Halloween.

We had to save this costume for the end of the birthday party because we feared he wouldn't even look at everything else once he had it. The fit was perfect for a 6-year-old, and he wore it all day. He didn't take off the hat until he went to bed. The whip failed along toward the end of the afternoon. Apparently it is not sturdy enough to pull a boy up a staircase mountain.
