Michael Jackson Sequin Glove

I got my Michael Jackson glove about a week after I ordered it, and I love it. I said it didn't have educational value bc it's not a book, or a pc or anything electronic, but it's awesome. I did kind of think it might have had real rhinestones on it, but it's OK, that way they won't come off when I wear it. I am very careful w/ it, keeping it in a plastic bag untill I'm ready to wear it, and I reinforced the stitches w/ fraycheck bc I do show and wear it a lot, specially when I need the extra Michael-magic in it. So I was glad to get it and I will buy another one so I can put it in w/ my other MJ tribute stuff, and again, THANK U VERY MUCH!!! :D I love my MJ glove!

I would like to add that some of the shinies came off after I had it a while but it really doesn't show too much since it's really sparkly under them. I do carry it in a pocket w/ me but w/ the sparkly part folded in. I do love it tho!!

My son recently became a big MJ fan, so I ordered this glove to go with his MJ hat and jacket. What a disappointment to get it and discover how incredibly CHEAP it is that the sequins are only sewed into one side. He borrowed a glove to wear on Halloween because the local party store was sold out and I wasn't able to order this one in time -- the borrowed glove was nice, and was sequined all over. I assumed I was purchasing the same thing. The description said nothing about the sequins only being on one side! What a rip-off! I would have sent it back but my son lost the packaging, so I'm afraid we're stuck with it. Just trying to warn other potential buyers so they won't get stuck with one of these as well!!!

The fingers in the glove don't fit anybody. It's not correctly. I bought this last minute for Michael Jackson tribute I was doing in June 2010. It was way too late for me to return it and get my money back so I had to hand sew and alter the gloves to get them to fit everybody. Please note that the people were of common stature, i.e., the were not very small people or very big people. These were regular sized people who were using the gloves. Consequently, the gloves totally sucked. It was upsetting because it took the time from me that I needed to get other things done for the show. Huge waste of money. The gloves should at least fit regular people. The cut was extremely irregular.

Not only were the fingers completely misshapen, but the stitches on the small finger were open. There's no way that a person (ahem, who made it, packaged it or shipped it) could have NOT noticed that this product was such crap.

By "misshapen", I mean that the index finger was completely curved and longer than the middle finger, which was very fat. The pinky finger was NOT stitched together. The ring finger and the wrist were fine.

This is a product that would only sell on line, when you can't actually see what you are buying.

Shame on the peddlers of crap!

(note: of COURSE there are only sequins on one side- as I prefer. It would be uncomfortable on the inside, and would wear off instantly- unless of course, you get a very high-quality one- which would be too expensive to let a kid play with.)

These are not socks and they should not be advertised as socks. They are more like sleeves for your ankles/legs with stirrups. They do have sequins though.
