This costume is very cute, but I purchased it for my daughter, who is a petite 4T. I ordered size 3T-4T. The costume itself fit probably a 2T, and the witches hat that came with it fit my 10 month old daughter, and did not come close to fitting my 4 year old.

The costume arrived fast enough to get here before Halloween, and I'm glad! The hat would not fit a 6 month old, let alone my two year old who will be wearing it. Overall the costume is adorable, it pretty much looks just like the photo. I would suggest ordering a size up though.

The costume was really cute. I think it is does however run a bit smaller than stated. I would go a size up. But overall, i was really happy with the purchase.

I bought it for my daughter age 7. It is very colorful, the hat is great too. The size due to high flexibility is okay, but looks better on my 4 year old niece.

Very cute costume, but runs really small. I bought this for my 4 yr old and the skirt wasn't nearly as long as shown in the picture. I had to buy her a black ruffled skirt to wear underneath.
The hat was also very small...had to buy a different hat as well.
Overall the costume was cute, just runs very small.
My 4 yr old 43inches tall and 42lbs.

I bought this costume for my 21 month old and I loved it! She wore it several times and it held up well. The bottom of it is not nearly that full but it is still really cute.

This costume was for our almost 3 year old daughter. Based on the other reviews I went a size up and purchased the small (4-6). It fit perfectly even the hat! She loved wearing it and the price was great too!

Very disappointed!!! Ordered this two weeks before Halloween. Got it in the mail after about 5 days, and the package was marked medium but contained a small size costume. So AMAZON graciously over-nighted another costume to me. It arrived the next afternoon! But unfortunately this time the hat was a size Medium, but the dress was still a size small! Someone at Rubies is not paying attention! And now I have no costume and a VERY sad little girls only 5 days before Halloween. Kuddos to amazon for their customer support, but would not recommend this costume company!

This came very fast! and is def True to size. Great meterial and well made. My daughter loves this costume despite wanting to be a "petshop". which in my opinion was cheaply made and not worth the price.

I agree with the reviews that say sizing is way off. It is tiny! Also, very different from the advertised picture. Probably about one tenth of the toole. Looks more like a purple skirt with a few small pieces of toole aroung the waist that isnt even as long as the lining! Looks straggly and cheap. I'm going to have to purchase tool and do some sewing before Halloween!
