Be warned. The robe is not the one shown in the picture. It does not feature the closure in the neck area. It is fully open in front and has long loose arms, unlike the picture. The material is very light weight and cheap so when the hood is on it does not drape nicely. It will serve our purpose for Halloween but without the neck closure your child will have to have the sleeves on which will cover the costume sleeves unlike the image on the packaging. I personally feel duped but my son will still have fun with the robe.

If you are like me and my wife: no time to buy fabric and make it yourself, then this is what you will get. A ready made robe for your young Jedi that is made of the same fabric stockings are made of.

Quality is definitely not synonymous with this item. I feel bad though. For writing all bad about this product though.

We got 4 good trick or treat events in October out of it. But I must say the threads are showing and unraveling. It has a sort of runs in a pantyhose look now and it served its purposes.

I just got the ROBE - it was a little misleading to say ROBE COSTUME. It should have just said ROBE only in the title.

The stitching is also coming undone.

Well add my name to the list of people mislead by the photo on this product...it's only the brown robe. The picture on Amazon & the picture on the package both show a robe and a costume, but again: IT'S ONLY THE ROBE. Which is total BS. But hey, shame on me for falling for it without double checking the reviews. I was just happy to have (thought I had) found a Star Wars Jedi costume for under $30, which seems to be the norm for cheap earth tone colored fabric.

Anyway, the robe is brown. It has a hood. It's thin, cheap material. My son seemed to like it ok. There you have it.

It was misleading...it is ONLY a robe...they go to the trouble to say light saber sold separately, they should have said COSTUME sold separately too!

Quality equaled the price. Grandsons loved them (ordered 2). Worked for 9 and 10 yr. old boys as far as fit. No problem w/5 star rating.

Great child dress up my son really really enjoyed this out fit. Came in the right time and packaging.

My kid enjoyed the outfit and have been dressing off and on since halloween .. it is a all year out fun for kids.

This is just the cape. It is very thin material. When I got it out of the packet, you could see through the stitching on the hood and it looked like it would tear quite easily. I would have expected more from a licensed product.

I am not one to write bad reviews but this robe was not at all like the picture shows. First, it has sleeves (which are pretty long but I understand this and tried to shorten them myself) and second, it does not tie at the neck. There was no way to secure it so it kept falling off. In hindsight I could have used a safety pin but I didn't. I ended up tying the sleeves around the neck so that it wouldn't fall off as he ran around trick or treating but it looked pretty bad.

With this robe, my son can wear it on Halloween, for a school play, or just for make-believe games at home. He enjoyed wearing it and looked great.
