My daughter loves the Draco Malfoy character and really wanted his wand. When it came, it's hollow plastic, which we expected. However, the "two-tone" was just all black with a barely noticeable effort to streak a little brownish paint on the area that was supposed to be brown. I left the decision up to her on whether she was satisfied and she wanted to keep it. If she weren't happy with it, then we would have returned it because I think it looked anything but "two-tone."
