I got this cube and i think its really good and really fun!! I can't solve the regular 3x3 rubik's cube, but this is deffinatly easier! It only took me about 2 days 2 solve, but its still alot of fun. It does not break easaly, and its already smooth as soon as you open the box. I do recomend this for someone who wants to solve a rubik's cube, and it a perfect addition to any rubik's collection.

If you're looking for a 2x2 cube - that is what this is. It is not as straightforward as you would think but obviously is the same as solving corners only on the 3x3 or 4x4. Mine actually did come apart with someone dropping (? throwing) it on the floor and there are a million little blue tracking pieces inside. Actually, I thought it was an even more fun puzzle putting those back together (I was successful - good as new).

As someone who can solve a 3x3 Rubik's Cube in a minute and a half consistently I was looking to add to my Rubik's Cube collection. I picked up the Rubik's Ice Cube at a Toys R Us in Manhattan and by the time I got back to my dorm room my friends and I had it figured out. It can be done without the aid of algorithms but its a piece of cake if you can do the 3x3 because you can use 2 of the algorithms from that to solve it easily. As for its durability some people have claimed its not very solid but I have yet to have any problems with it. Since it sits on my desk in my dorm room and we always have people coming and going it gets picked up and played with fairly often and has been dropped numerous times. So far, there have been no problems and it has been a solid addition to the Rubik's line.
