The product is very nice, however they send you different product and not as advertized, probably money saving. the file is cheap glass file and not as advertized. The tweezer is also different. They also do not have a phone number listed and you have to look for these people. I was able to get in touch with chi chi and she sent the swiss tweeze as advertized but the file is cheap glass file.
