Unlike our other rugs that needed some rubber for slipping, our family room rug did not. We read about the details and opted for this pad. EXCELLENT CHOICE is all that can be said about this one. Advertised as no chemicals or adhesives and there is completely no odor! The pad adds a very nice feel and the natural element is a big plus around our kids! I emailed with an off size and Rug Pads for Less custom cut at no charge. I recommend to have it custom cut if you need it, since the pad is nice and dense and might be hard to cut with scissors. No extra charge for custom!!

I ordered the product on-line, sent an email to the supplier and they cut the rug pad to the dimensions I needed. The pad is thick enough to add an extra layer of comfort to thinner rugs!

We had decided to purchase a new, larger rug for our living room. We actually liked the look of the rug we had, so we ended up ordering the same rug, just in a larger size. The one complaint we had about our old rug was that it was not comfortable to lay on- mostly because of the thin pad we had and the fact that it is on hard wood (with concrete subflooring).
After doing some hunting around, we gave this rug pad a try. I'm glad we did! It shipped quickly, was easy to cut (they even offer to send you a custom size for free!) and has made the new rug so much more comfortable to lay on! It does leave a small bump around the perimeter of the rug, but that is to be expected with a pad of this thickness. I would gladly take the small bump for the extra comfort.
Definitely worth the price!
