The one reason I had wanted this set the most was for the first Halloween episode where the babies scare the older children in the haunted house. I had hoped it would be there, no such luck.
The first DVD Disc "Halloween", includes "Curse of the Wereruff" the only true Halloween feature. The episode has the gang attending a holiday theme park, where Chuckie fears becoming a werewolf.
Tommy's Brother, Dill is in this story too.
"Ghost Story" has the characters in round adding parts to a silly, and sometimes a bit creepy story.
"Aunt Marian" the babies think a visiting aunt is really from outer space.
"Sleep Trouble" has Tommy and Chuckie worried about the Sand Man, after hearing a story from Tommy's Dad, Stu.
"Spike's Night Scare" a turkey's giving Spike a run for his money.
Disc two "Turkey & Mistletoe" is a better set. "Babes In Toyland has Angelica hunting down Santa with her long list, as Stu's robotic, and electrical land fall apart.
"The Turkey Who Came To Dinner" has a moral attached. This episode has all the main characters. Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica and the Twins "Phil and Lil find Grandpa's winning, and uncooked turkey.
Angelica tricks the crew into being in her holiday parade, and not telling the grownups about the turkey.
The Rugrats try to keep their feathered friend safe, and hope to come up with an escape plan. Each attempt fails, and the adults soon see this turkey.
The grownups blame their day's disappointment on the turkey. The babies surround their new friend, protecting him. Their actions shed light on the true meaning of the holiday.
"A Rugrat's Kwanzaa" focuses on Susie Carmichael. Everyone she feels has a trophy, but her. Without an award makes celebration difficult.

Love the Rugrats!! One of the best cartoons Nick ever did. I have just one problem - there are so few available now on dvd. My older kids grew up on Rugrats & they never go out of style, my younger son really enjoys them too, but I can hardly find any on dvd. This has some of the best holiday episodes made.... I want them all!

This is a great set of some of the best Rugrat shows. Fun for everyone from infant to adult. Some of the best holiday cartoons that are out there. Great explanations of Kwanzaa, and Chanukah. Hilarious Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Halloween shows.

Unfortunately, the show's original Halloween episodes (from the 1st season) Candy Bar Creep Show and Monster in the Garage, aren't in this collection, but they are in the 1st season set. You get its follow-up from the 8th season, Curse of the Werewuff, in the Halloween disc however, along with 4 other spookily-themed episodes from seasons 2, 5, 6, and 7, including their crossover with AAAHH!!! Real Monsters. Also included on the Halloween disc are a bunch of Retromercials for bygone Nick stuff and the first SpongeBob Movie, and his 2nd season DVD set! The 2nd disc, Turkey and Mistletoe, truly is a holiday collection in itself, with no Retromercials at all; it contains both of the Rugrats Christmas specials, The Santa Experience (season 2) and Babies in Toyland (the 9th and last season), plus the Thanksgiving and Chanukah specials from season 4, and the Kwanzaa special from season 7! If Paramount was able to add the rest of the other holiday episodes to this collection, the aforementioned original Halloween episodes, for Valentine's Day, Easter, Passover, and Mother's Day, then it would really be a Holiday Celebration! Nearly every season of Rugrats had holiday episodes, if you look at each of the season sets' back covers! But if you just want a collection for the 'big 3' holidays, then this collection's for you; even for the Jewish people who like the show, and for anyone who celebrates Kwanzaa, too! But if you want the entire Rugrats series, go ahead and get the season sets here on Amazon! Happy Holidays, everybody, and I don't just mean Christmas, but for all the other holidays in this collection too!

This is as cute as you can find. Each DVD has such niceness and love on them that the holidays are so happy. You can't help smiling at the end of them.

Such a good purchase , I remember watching all of these when I was a kid! I just wish they had the first Halloween episode on there too, I remember it was really cute! Oh well, I'd still buy it again.
