Each game level takes place on a different 'movie set' and features a different type of game play. In the 'Captain Cookies' level, for example, players must help Angelica and the Rugrat babies explore an island movie set searching for keys that will unlock the door to Baby Dil. The 'Diapies of Thunder' features the Rugrats characters in a go-kart racing challenge. Here, players test their skills navigating the tracks littered with oil slicks, tumble weed, diapers, mud puddles and other obstacles to avoid.
Featuring characters that young people know and love, Rugrats: Studio Tour offers fun-filled challenges. Thinking is required.

I have kids ages 4, 6 and 8 all who love this game. We've rented it several times and now I'm buying. There are many different "mini" games, so for young children they can play and finish a game in one sitting vs. the more complicated games with various levels. Our house highly reccomends Tommy, Chuckie, Angelica & friends.

Real Fun For Kids Even If Your Not A Rugrats Fan!,
By Nick Murphey (Bowling Green KY) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Rugrats: Studio Tour (PS1) (Video Game)
Though not a big video game player this game is as a matter of fact pretty fun for a kids game. The game is a whole lot better than "Tomb Raider," & "Metal Gear Solid" which you have to spend days playing until the end & have to know every trick in the book. A big Rugrats fan myself I love this & the original game, "Rugrats : Search for Reptar," they invole many small games which are fun & some chanllenging. If your one of those video game freaks who spends their whole day playing games it's a waste of your time & too easy, but if you have little kids & barely ever play your system I reccomend this.

Contridicting,

I recently read a review entitled "bad for all ages". The reviewer said that he was a kid, so you should believe him. Well, I'm a kid, too. So listen up! This game is great! It is not "a lousy piece of junk". It's challenging and fun! The reviewer did not even tell why they hated it. Well, I think that this game is enjoyable for all ages. There is no violence, blood, or gore. There are tons of little games inside the main game. My dad and I enjoy playing the multi-player games, such as golf, or racing. I highly recommend buying this game.
