In my first review, I said all season 3 episodes were on this DVD but the only 2 season 3 episodes are missing. It's still a good DVD. I'll list the episodes and it's summaries.

DISC 1:
Ruled Out/That's Life!: Timmy wishes that his parents cared less, and they start giving him candy for lunch and letting him watch violent TV; but eventually, they start ignoring hygiene and other such things./When Timmy wishes that his mom's garden was full of life, his dead hamster Eddie, who was buried in the yard, comes back from the dead...and he wants revenge on Timmy's parents.
Shiny Teeth/Odd Odd West: Dr. Bender steals Chip Skylarks teeth before a big video shoot. Timmy has to get the teeth back before Chip is replaced!/Timmy tries to stop Dimmsdale Flats from being torn down.
MicroPhony/So Totally Spaced Out: Timmy starts his own raido station and puts Vicky out of business/Mark gets Timmy to get rid of invaders on Yugopotamia.
Love Struck!: Timmy wishes boys and girls lived on seprate planets, but - ugh - chaos insues.
Cosmo Con/Wanda's Day Off!: Cosmo holds a top-secret fairy convention in Timmy's bathroom. Unfortunately, Mr. Crocker comes over for dinner on the same day as the convention!/Wanda takes a vacation, and Cosmo's sure he can handle things while she's gone. He can't, and thanks to a wish gone awry, cockroaches try to take over the world.

DISC 2:
Odd Jobs/Movie Magic: Timmy tries to get his Dad a cool new job, but results in him almost sending Dad to Jupiter for 17 years./Timmy tries to make a movie to impress Trixie.
Abra-Catastrophe!: Timmy Turner celebrates his 1st "Fairy-versary" (anniversary with fairies) with Cosmo and Wanda, during which he is given a magic muffin that grants the wish of anyone who takes a bite out of it.

Here is the official summary from the back of the DVD:

"Your wish is our command! The complete third season of ''The Fairly OddParents''- all 17 episodes- takes you on a magical ride through Dimmsdale and beyond- including a visit to the Old West- as Timmy, Wanda, and Cosmo learn again and again why you should be careful what you wish for. Timmy divides Dimmsdale into "Himsdale" and "Hersdale," which spells t-r-o-u-b-l-e for Cupid... a wish to be wanted by everyone has Timmy not only wanted by Trixie, but by the FBI too... and Timmy must find a way to be at both Chester's and AJ's houses at the same time for sleepovers! Then see what happens when Wanda takes a day off, leaving Cosmo as the only godparent on duty, and lots more wackiness! It's all here in Season 3 of ''The Fairly OddParents."

I like how Cosmo is not serious but Wanda is serious with things and Cosmo is always clumsy and he messes up Timmy's wish and I also like the anti fairies and the pixies and how they're both bad fairies.

Simply not as harsh as the yellow sponge can be at times but the writing has more of a moral compass in mind for parents.
Great staying power for a cartoon series and going strong at 9 seasons.
