More About the Author
Marnie Nemcoff was born in Los Angeles and remains an L.A. native. A creative writer since age 4, she has contributed to several local newspapers and has written more recently for a television show. In addition to writing, Nemcoff is an honor roll MBA holder, fitness fanatic, award-winning marketer, and a mom. She is also very involved in her community, serving on Chamber of Commerce Boards as well as the Board for California Jumpstart (financial literacy), and more recently serving as Chair for a project for the local Councilman's office.

As a jewelry designer who has helped thousands of couples select their perfect engagement rings & wedding rings, I'm thrilled to see a book to help the newly engaged navigate their way through one of the most exciting times in their lives. Ms. Nemcoff's easy & fun writing style will be very helpful to all of those going thru the path to Wedship and will also take a lot of 'stress' away by sharing simple tips and how to's. This is simply a must for any newly engaged couple. Probably a great gift item for the man to get his fiance or any of the mom's to give the bride to be! The New Rules of Engagement reads like a dream. It feels like the author is right there in the room talking to YOU. What sets this book apart is the hysterical laugh-out-loud commentary combined with the real-life advice not only from the author, but from cited third-party sources. Marnie Nemcoff had definitely done her research on this one. This book is a keeper and would make a great add-on to a bridal shower gift or a "congratulations on your engagement" gift or "just because every girl should read this" gift.

A friend told me about the book and what perfect timing! My daughter just got engaged and I gave the book to her. She and I both read it and found it very useful. Marnie Nemcoff's writing is easy, funny and very friendly. Lovely book!
