Concise, well illustrated, and perfect size to put in your bag,

Love this guide! The rules explanations are short and to the point. The illustrations round out the text perfectly so even a 6YO can understand most examples without the accompanying text. And the waterproof, spiral-bound guide is the perfect size to stick in your bag for quick retrieval and settling any dispute or rules question on the spot.
Very useful for resolving situations like: ball on cart path (free relief drop 1-club length no nearer the hole), ball behind tree/obstacle (optionally declare unplayable for 1 penalty stroke, then drop 2-club lengths back no nearer the hole OR drop along line straight back from pin OR re-hit from preceding lie--or just hit it where it lies and take your chances), ball embedded on spongy fairway/fringe/green (free relief drop no nearer hole), out-of-bounds (re-hit from original lie with 1 penalty stroke--do NOT take a drop where it went OOB like many casual players do!) and much more. I think every golfer should carry this in his or her bag--especially if you have a few bucks riding on each hole! As conveniently sized and priced as it is, there's no excuse not to.

This is a super, practical book with all the information you need. Suitable for beginners and advanced golfers alike. Gives great tips on how to save a few strokes and avoid penalties. Easy to use and small enough to carry around with you. Highly recommended.

Rules Guide,

The Quick Reference Guide has a wealth of information. The guide covers every situation a golfer would normally encounter during a round of golf. The guide shows the proper relief procedures for obstruction, abnormal ground condition, water hazard, lateral water hazard, unplayable lie and other situations using pictures and illustrations. Every golfer should carry the guide with them. "Golf Rules and Etiquette Crystal Clear" is an excellent hardcopy book by the same author.

Great concept. Makes reading the rules much easier. Keeps well in your golf bag. Needs another revision, however, as there are some inconsistencies and some clarifications that need to be done.
