Outlining advice and strategies for dealing with banks who want nothing more than to get as much money as they can out of you and your home, authors David Coleman & Craig Triance bring the story of Coleman's fight against foreclosure, and Triance's expertise in Real Estate for a simple, understandable preparation guide. "42 Rules" is a worthwhile investment for those under the thumb of their banks.
