DirectionsCornstarch Cooking Tips: 1 Tablespoon Rumford Cornstarch equals 2 tablespoons flour. Use for thickening gravies, sauces, stews and soups. If the recipe calls for flour, use half as much cornstarch to thicken. To thicken hot liquids, first mix Rumford Cornstarch with a little cold water until smooth. Gradually stir into hot liquid until blended. Bring to boil stirring constantly; boil one minute.
