I've had this diaper for about 8 months and use it at least twice weekly.

Pros:
No leaks
Soft
Large inserts

Cons:
The opening to pull out the insert is too low and can get messy when trying to remove it from a poopy diaper

I don't care for the gussets. My diapers without gussets don't generally leak, so they seem like a waste, especially when poop gets trapped in the little gusset crevices

Ordered snap but received velcro

It seems like it has become misshaped since I first bought it - like the soft inside fabric shrunk so it doesn't really match the size of the waterproof outside

The rise is too short for my 1 year old who weighs 26 lbs and is about 30 inches tall. There is no way that it will fit him until potty-training

I can't say enough good things about these and i have solved other reviews issue with removing poop covered inserts. And by the way i just want to remind everyone that when you are dealing with a baby and diapers your going to deal with poop. There is always going to be some nasty aspect of it so toughen up and get over it. :)

UPDATE
It only took a few months for my good review to go down hill. Life intervened and we stopped cloth diapering, now that I've been back in cloth I find my PUL(waterproofing) leaks, in weird spots so I realized the PUL is delaminating from the fabric in many spots. This isn't a random in one diaper, its 3 of the 5 i have. And I contacted the manufacture telling them the diapers have had about 5 months of use and that there's a problem.
The response which is "I'm afraid however, that what you are having issue with falls well beyond our warranty time frame, or even an implied warranty time frame for replacement."
After research I found that they only warranty for 30 days on their PUL, from the date you receive the product, so if you buy them prior to your child's birth you will lose all warranty. I bought these when I was 2-3 months pregnant so I would never have had a chance to use warranty. I paid $26 dollars for a diapers and get 5 months use out of it such crap. Definitely will really think twice about where I buy diapers. Bum genius will give you a year on their products and are much cheaper. Many of their designs are actually cuter too.

I'd never used cloth diapers before and I was impressed withe the ease of use. Overall I really enjoy this diaper, but I waited until my daughter was about 6 weeks old to use because I felt it was to bulky at the smallest setting. Very good at containing messes. I actually prefer the snaps over the Velcro, which surprised me. The snaps don't add bulk.

We LOVE rumparooz, and use them for our 8 month old. They are the most absorbent diapers I've found and the double inner gussets really help to contain blowouts. I've never had an issue with leaking with a rumparooz! They also clean very well. My ONLY complaint, just because my son has very chubby thighs, is that the stitching/ruching of the leg holes often leaves red marks in my son's skin. Because of this, I think I'm going to search for a diaper with smaller stitches and gatherings on the leg holes.

I found this to be a bit bulky when double stuffed. Maybe it's better for an older baby. It is really well made though and I adored the color. Bought it to try the brand but I think I prefer snaps.

These are great diapers if you like pocket diapers. I'm kind of on the fence about them, because I hate pulling wet inserts out to wash. But, if you're into pockets, these are great and leak-free.

Rumparooz has special leg gussets that are great with containing explosions. They are a bit bulky for a tiny baby, but are holding up well so far.
