Worth the money, March 8, 2007

If you enjoy running to cadence, this is a good buy, They are easy to understand and help get you pumped up for a good run. The cadences don't flow from one to the next as smoothly as I would like but still rythmic. A good buy.

nothing to do with Cadence, May 15, 2008
These three songs you download are not even cadence it is some upbeat electronic new age song.
