The last thing we all feel like doing is getting off our behind, right? Well things are looking up because this book is for you. We say we don't have time, have too many other things to do, or say that living our lives should be exercise enough... Hold on because these folks have the precise answers we all have been seeking! With their ingenious, clear cut, simple steps... Voila, we are on our way to becoming the best we could ultimately be... If you are one of those who just have too little time on your hands, these experts will show you how to use it wisely. It has worked for me!

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent book for beginning, December 4, 2001
By A Customer
This book not only gives you ideas on how to fit exercise routines into a busy day but also, more importantly gets you started. There are excellent routines mapped out for walkers who want to incorporate running or eventually become runners. It's no nonsense advice from a very accomplished and admirable woman.
