Running Out,
By Michael Kerner "Michael Kerner" (Brooklyn, New York U.S.A.) - See all my reviews (HALL OF FAME REVIEWER) (VINE VOICE)
This review is from: Run [I'm A Natural Disaster] (MP3 Download)
It is sometimes so difficult to see a group try to match a even better party song than before. That has been the case with Gnarls Barkley. After the universal success of their 2006 surprise smash, Crazy, many people have wrote them off as a one-hit wonder. We'll the duo have still survived, but they still need to show that they are just more, but that still isn't as much to have been desired on their latest single, Run (I'm A Natural Disaster). The second single from Gnarls Barkley's sophmore album, The Odd Couple, brings in a vintage beat, with a fierce rhythm. Although the song is very short, it isn't bad but could've been a bit better. It isn't as good as what Crazy was, but with little quality in music right now, this is something that could be more to run to.Song: C+
