Book Description

Who foresaw the financial crisis? The debt crisis? The global economic crisis? Who could have foreseen it? Who could have known?

Amazingly enough, an ancient prophecy did see it coming. Written around the year 620 B.C., The Vision of Habakkuk foresees financial tyranny placing the entire planet into debt slavery. Systematic looting of the nations will depress the world economy into a state approaching total economic collapse. A matrix of artificial intelligence designed to control the minds of humanity (making them totally addicted to debt bondage and illusions) will plunge nations into a hypnotic state of suicidal cultural despair. Economic problems will seem insurmountable.

Yet this ancient prophecy also predicts something unexpected: There will be a sudden great awakening and revolt of the debtors, resulting in a glorious economic and spiritual recovery.

It was all foreseen. It was carved into stone tablets. It is surely coming to pass.

A Prophecy Hidden in Plain Sight now Exposed For You to Understand
The text of this ancient prophecy invites you to read and to run with it, as it sprints towards its fulfillment in time. This runner, this herald, is known as the Vision of Habakkuk. Hidden in plain sight in the Bible, its message has remained unnoticed and ignored by Hal Lindsay and most other endtime bible prophecy teachers.

The Vision is seldom taught in churches, as it is seldom even read or studied. What is most odd about this lack of understanding and preaching of the prophecy is that it is not hidden. The prophet Habakkuk was commanded to write the message in large letters on tablets, making it plain for all to see and understand, so that they would be able to run with it, communicating it to others.

The prophet was instructed to:
“Write the vision and make it plain upon tablets, that he may run who reads it.”

The purpose of this book is to make The Vision plain so that YOU may understand and run with it.

The Vision foresees a blessed time in the future when mankind finally fully awakes and throws off tyranny. The Bible calls this blessed time Jubilee. Beginning with a trumpet blast, liberty was proclaimed throughout the land in the Year of Jubilee. Debts were cancelled, slaves set free. The people returned and took back their inheritance.

Jubilee Throughout History
The last half of the book is a chronology since 1300 of the awakening Jubilee theme. Events noted: Celebrations designated as Jubilees. Usury, financial crashes, monetary fraud, speculative bubbles, banksters, ponzi schemes, depressions, economic shocks. The Black Death. Slave and peasant revolts. Conflicting views of Mystery Babylon. Land reform movements. Great Awakenings. Debt-Free Money. Banking fraud. Reformers. Assassinations. Grand Jubilee musical festivals. Fiat Money. Books, sermons, songs, poems, declarations, slogans, and dreams on the Jubilee theme. The Third World debt crisis. Jubilee on Wall Street. Kondratieff waves. Debt cancellations. The Federal Reserve. The student loan crisis. The modern day Jubilee 2000 movement. The 2007-2008 meltdown. The lawsuit that could end financial tyranny. Increasing calls for a Jubilee for debts. Humanity's Great Awakening.

Bible prophecy proclaims that a time of Jubilee is coming to earth. The prophets foresaw a time of restoration when the Spirit is poured out upon all as God says, “Let my people go!” When the unjust structures of the Proud One are overthrown, the whole earth will rejoice. “For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.”

What is prophecy? Prophecy is vision. Prophets were called "the seers". May your eyes be opened.

5.0 out of 5 stars Not a Typical Bible Commentary! October 11, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book is not a traditional Biblical commentary on an Old Testament prophet. This book takes a fresh look at the roles of government and personal debt in place at the time of its writing and in eight parts shows how these same problems have occurred throughout history.
With today's current government, taxation, debt and banking problems it is interesting to see how the author pinpoints our place in this repeated cycle. I won't spoil his interesting call to action.
I thought the writing style was NOT "scholarly" or "preachy." I enjoyed the book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Coming true? October 20, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
The great book about biblical projection that may be coming true in today's world. We are bombarded in the media with comments about debt, taxation and economic calamity. This is a very refreshing book on the biblical prophecy and how it applies today. Great book and I highly recommend it!

I'm a pastor. Thus, it is not a surprise that many people have questions for me about prophecy. Much of what is out there is entirely speculative no matter how much some preacher-man on the radio promises an outcome is "mathematically certain." So when someone suggested I read "Run With the Vision" I didn't know what to expect. To be perfectly honest, having now read it, I still don't know to do with it. Why this is worth Four Stars is because most prophecies I can pretty much dismiss. This one has hundreds of pages of research covering literally thousands of years. It is not what I am far too accustomed to seeing: just speculative interpretation of Bible Prophecy.

"Run With The Vision" an interpretation of prophecy, and it is also a gathering and distilling of history and patterns found throughout. Frankly, being left wondering is a big step forward. Do I believe it? I couldn't say. It is true? I can't conclusively say that it is not - and considering my most common conclusion is that I CAN categorically conclude it is wrong, that's a huge step forward. What will you make of it? I couldn't say either. In any event, it is interesting.

If things come to pass as predicted, will it be because Scripture had so declared in an age long past? Or will it be a cumulation of a cycle of patterns that finally converge in our time? Perhaps a bit of both. For anyone interested in prophecy and like things that delve into more than idiosyncratic interpretations of the Bible or other ancient prophecies... this is a fascinating read.

Very interesting book examines in detail an old biblical prophecy with implications for today. It contains an amazing history of the monetary systems of the world. The author weaves biblical history with emphasis on the jubliee with cycles of debtor revolts. I recommend you read this fascinating book to understand what is next for the world's economies and how we will be affected.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Celestine-like prophecy for our financial future October 14, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book reveals how an old, little known biblical prophecy is slowly but surely coming true. What I also liked was that the author gives you a complete financial history of the world that also covers major events. It combines a mysterious old prophecy and you also learn about history as well. Good book, entertaining and informative.

5.0 out of 5 stars Thougtful November 25, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Run with Vision must be read slowly with concentration and contemplation. Someone, Mr. Garmon, finally has the guts to tell us what many have long suspected: governments don't rule the world, the banks do and have for many, many, many centuries.
When one begins to read Run with Vision, one might think that the entire writing is a very clear and beautiful explanation of the Book of Habakkuk, the ancient sacred text describing what happens when banks and other collectors of debt are given supremacy.
Continual reading might lead one to think that this work is a beautiful explanation of sacred text. However, without putting forth much effort, the reader quickly realizes that what happened in ancient times is similar to today's financial events and that this work isn't another explanation of sacred text but a call to action using sacred text as the bases.
The most interesting and educational part of the book is the list of Jubilee Cycles throughout history. A jubilee is when debts are forgiven and slaves are freed.
The book is a call to restore "proper governing and the rule of law". It's a call to "let the predatory financial system we have today die". It's a logical and supportive explanation of what many of us believe: "true debt relief for all is needed" to create a new economy.
This is well worth the effort it takes to read and understand. There's much value here that can help explain what needs to happen in today's time for all of us to experience better financial health.

More About the Author

Henry Garman characterizes himself as "a jubilist". An old dictionary defined the term as: (1) one who celebrates, (2) one who proclaims a jubilee. From 1985 Henry has been researching and promoting the idea of a Jubilee for our time. Jubilee is a celebration announced with trumpet blasts, when debts are cancelled, slaves set free and the people return and take back their lost inheritance.
