This review is from: Run For It: A Woman's Guide to Running for Physical and Emotional Health (Paperback)
I would highly recommend this to newer runners because it is all about the basics.
I loved it though even though I have been running for many years. I really like the author and her writing. I also have her newest book The Secrets of Skinny Chicks which I enjoyed. I hope she comes out with more books in the future.
