I actually bought this as a gift for a friend of mine. But I have two other Runervals dvds (Cheetah Fast and 10k Strength Builder)that I just love! It is the best use of fitness time in under an hour. Do this and earn your dessert. They get tought near the end, but the results are worth it. I also really enjoy the Spinervals for biking on a trainer. I have tried another line of training dvds for biking and they were not nearly as good.
