"Runes and Riddles" is an exciting fantasy set in a world that could have come right out of AD&D. Containing a fast-paced and at many times intriguing plot, humor, and action, "Runes and Riddles" is a fun and satisfying read. If you're looking for a traditional fantasy world full of elves, dwarves, dragons, and magic then this is the book for you. I read it when it came out five or six years ago and have recently re-read it since; it was just as entertaining now as it was then. Now only if Carradine would right the sequel he was planning...
