The belt lies very flat against the body and really doesn't move. You really could just completely forget you have it on. The pouch is big enough for my iPod Touch and my car key. I could probably squeeze a Gu in there too. Great size for the essentials.

I use these packs for the contestants on a diet show, to put their microphone packs in and not a single one has broken (yet). They can be easily adjusted to fit a 300lb person and wont move when exercising. Nobody has complained about comfort and the pack hugs the body so well it is hardly noticeable on camera. The pack also absorbs sweat well and with the layers and netting lets the sweat evaporate fast and the mic pack stays cool. It even has a little headphone hole where I can feed the mic cable through.

This is the perfect pack for runners - I can store my blackberry, cash, ID and car keys in it with no problem. It's very lightweight, and I generally wear it under my tank top so it is out of view. By the end of my run, I don't even remember I have it on!
