Lots of good info but tough to read,
This review is from: Running: Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology in Practice, 1e (Paperback)
I'm getting some good stuff from this book but there are a significant number of things that don't make sense or seem contradictory. I'm thinking that some of the author's intent has been lost in translation. I still feel it is valuable, but tough to read. I am a physical therapist. It may be harder to read for novice exercise enthusiasts

Franz Bosch goes into amazing detail as to the why's and how's of running. He does make some assumptions that are not necessarily built upon solid research but it does provide the coach with food for thought at least!
