Running on Empty was given to me by a friend while I was going through a particularly challenging point in my life. Some days the writings made me challenge myself to do better, some days the writings affirmed my belief in myself. I recommend this book to every woman going through transition. Wonderful

The title of my review pretty much covers it. I've given this book as a gift to many friends. I'm sad it isn't available anymore except secondhand. If you can find it, it's worth your time.
